Pictures TALK

Today was an awakening. a tiny one, but an awakening nonetheless. Its so easy to just assume a reason why you do something, or want something and not dig deeper into your reasons for it. I realized that digging deeper, for reasons(or for bodies) is always the better option.
you need to know the real reason why you want something. Even pure and simple materialism has its reasons. crooked ones i'm sure but reasons anyway.
Communicate with your own self about what drives you to the conclusion of your thoughts.
I talk with myself in my mind. I am constantly have a debate/argument/conversation with myself in my mind. even when i'm talking to people;even when i'm at my busiest.

I have a weird way of explaining stuff to  myself. I use a combination of pictures, sound and text to tell myself things, or just to remind myself things(I need to be reminded).
Pictures in particular help a lot. Like in an exam, I remember a picture of the page in my textbook that had the answer to my question, and then I'm instantly reminded of all the points I read on that page. Or, I brain-flash a picture of a diagram I made to remember a particularly complex answer. I am always making pictures, or doodling or attempting to paint.
I can't draw(even if my life depended on it). But I still do. There's something that tells me I can talk through pictures more than I can through words.
Bottomline: Pictures are way more than a medium to remember. yes, they are memories forever. and they remind you of the good and the bad times long after you've forgotten it. Pictures TALK. They say what you're thinking deep down; thoughts you didn't even know you had.

Everyone's got a camera, and they love clicking pictures. we all have a friend who's a self obsessed, self clicking expert. Our phones have cameras, our tablets have cameras, and laptops have cameras. Hell, people smile for Cctv cameras! And yet, I thought clicking is just about people. I had an epiphany. Its more, so much more. Every picture is a story, and every moment captured is a part of a bigger picture.

Photography is the art of observation. It is about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I have found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

Every photograph has two parts : The clicked and the viewed. What i clicked Is not necessarily what you see. If my pictures talk to you, that means you too have something that is Unspoken/Unwritten.

Do not speak it. Do not write it. Click it. Show it. Let the world see how YOU see the world. And then maybe Your journey (like mine) will begin, on the road to discovering the joys of unspoken words, and the bliss of seeing color (or not).
